These citations are examples of only the most commonly used resources.  For citations of other kinds of source materials or more specific kinds of information, refer to A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations (LB 2369 T8 1996 Reference, Reserves or Books) and http://healthlinks.washington.edu/hsl/styleguides/ama.html.

Bibliographies are arranged alphabetically by the author's last names.  Entries are single spaced with one blank space between them.  The first line is flush with the left margin; all subsequent lines in the citation are indented five spaces.  

This list of references can be entitles "Reference List", "Works Cited", "Literature Cited", "Bibliography", or some variation of these, whatever seems most appropriate.
